Goals:

• Make resources in cyber security related domains within the federal institutes of technology accessible to the government, civil society and industry.
• Facilitate access to research and educational capabilities in our institutes.
  
• Establish a central point of contact and information center for cyber security related requests within our institutions.
  
• Provide the Swiss society as a whole with a think tank that federates all stakeholders, fosters collaboration and coordinates activities.
  
• Use of EPFL's and ETHZ's expertise, abilities and resources to provide the necessary foundations for Switzerland to prepare for and cope with future cyber security related challenges.

Activities of the SSCC include:

• Consulting for senior leaders in all branches of the government.
• Collaboration with national cyber centers.
• Organization of workshops for administration and industry.
• Support and promotion of cyber security related research projects and programs.
• Support and provision of cyber security related educational programs.
• Support of initiatives related to cyber security, such as the Swiss National Cyber Strategy (NCS).
